4. Refund Process

• The processing of the refund request will take up to 7 business days.
• Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

• This offer is not applicable to users who have previously availed a refund from any of our services.
• The refund is only applicable to the subscription fee paid, excluding the USD 5 processing fee.
